development in order to improve quality of services. We will recommend changes and improvements in your child care program to maximize
the enrichment and development of the children attending the facility.
Provide continuous education to ensure adequate information to child care facilities on program services and licensing. We will conduct conferences, seminars, and workshops to share this information that will strengthen the knowledge of the staff members who work within your center.
Provide support with hiring and onboarding staff with our unique full cycle recruiting process, this includes obtaining all
required documentation needed by regulating offices.
Provide assistance in the area of human resources on an as needed basis through our outsourced human resource consulting firm.
Provide assistance with managing all vendors that provide services to maintain the upkeep and necessities of the child care facility.
Community and Marketing Development
Assist child care facilities with community engagement to improve family engagement within the facility, while assisting with marketing development to provide community outreach initiatives, partnerships, and external marketing campaigns.
Provide organization of classrooms, organized office space, making sure the facility is properly prepared for learning spaces and tours.
